The apartment has a private courtyard with a pretty flower garden ! The guest can enjoy a moment of relaxation in a place steeped in history! You will stay in one of the most beautiful Places in the city of Caen with many shops nearby! The space It is the ideal apartment for your stay in Caen because it is original and unique. You will be accommodated in a welcoming and charming studio with a mezzanine in a flowery private courtyard with an independent entrance. The mezzanine is equipped with a very comfortable double bed with sheets and pillowcases. Below the mezzanine there is a sofa to relax in front of the television, the internet connection is free by Wifi or by ethernet cable. In the bathroom you will find a shower and everything you need such as towels, bathrobes, soap and toilet paper... There is also a wardrobe to store your suitcases and clothes! The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to prepare your meals with a lounge area to enjoy your meals! The kitchen overlooks a private courtyard to enjoy a little peace. All the accommodation is reserved for guests as well as the private courtyard, it is possible to take advantage of the bicycle shelter if necessary! Access is secured by a digicode. There is a parking lot in front of the building to park your car if needed. Guest access If you are by car, don't hesitate to ask me for a detailed map with all the free parking spaces around the apartment! The apartment is very well served by bus, tramway and taxi. The entire visit and discovery of the city of Caen can be done without means of transport! It takes ten minutes to get to the SNCF train station, five minutes from the Caen Memorial and twelve kilometers from the Dday beaches!
