The space Newly renovated place (appr. 60 m2) is on the top floor (3rd) above one of touristic streets of Užupis, bohemian area of Vilnius old town. Apartment features original old brick walls and natural wooden floor that coheres esthetic environment of both the building and the area. Apartment is divided into sleeping area with standard double bed (200cm x 160cm), living area (with sofa-bed), kitchen and bathroom, although does not have partition walls (except for bathroom) which allows to enjoy a see-through feeling of a space along with fascinating views to old town tile-roofs. It contains a walk-in closet, bathroom with shower, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, well-equipped kitchen (including coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has individual heating system (gas boiler is installed). Free wireless internet is available. Bed linen and towels are provided. Apartment best suits for couples, solo adventurers or business travelers, however, sofa-bed allows the accommodation of a cozy company of four. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment for their disposal. Limited free parking is available if required as there is usually a spot in the courtyard. Apartment is ideal for two but total of four guests can be accommodated. Other things to note We have lovely neighbors, therefore, we do love and respect them – no loud music at any time. We do recycle, therefore, we would appreciate if you place empty glass, plastic and paper into separate boxes under the sink.
