Bright, cosy and spacious apartment with a private balcony is overlooking the Adriatic sea, island Lokrum and city walls of Old town. It is perfectly located in an attractive part of Dubrovnik, called Ploče, only a few minutes walking distance from the Old town, restaurants, Banje beach and all the attractions but still far enough from the city noise which gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the peace and breathtaking views. Convenient paid PARKING is available upon request. The space The apartment is situated on the first floor of the traditional Dubrovnik stone house and is suitable for 2 persons. It is air-conditioned and has free wi-fi in all the rooms including the balcony. Spacious, bright, light-filled and airy living room has an area for relaxing (a sofa and two armchairs make this part of the room very comfortable and pleasant). There is also a spacious dinning area and a charming, a bit separated part of the room with a library and a bed (for one person). From the living room you have access to the balcony with a stunning views to the sea, city walls and island Lokrum. There you can start a day with a breakfast in the sun or end it with a glass of wine. Spacious and bright bedroom, with a comfortable bed (160x200 cm) and sea view, has a closet for clothes. Bathroom has two accesses - it is accessible from the bedroom and from the hallway opposite the kitchen. It is also very bright and spacious, equipped with hairdryer, towels, bath essentials... Charming kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and all the essentials required for your own homemade food. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and balcony in a total of some 65 square meters. The apartment is air-conditioned and has fire extinguisher at a convenient position in a storage room. Convenient paid PARKING is available upon request. Guest access The entire apartment and everything in it is yours to enjoy (including free ductless air conditioner, free wi-fi internet, cable TV, kettle, private balcony...) :) Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but luckily for some of you there is a private balcony :) In the old city zone parking for non-residents is possible only on the registered daily parking and in the city garages. City has restricted this area for resident’s cars only and the ones with the permit. Therefore we recommend getting a taxi from the airport. Don't hesitate to ask about it. :) Paid parking spot can be provided upon request and it includes the permit to enter and exit the zone throughout the entire stay.
