Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life The space The apartment (attic, 60 m²) is south-facing and features two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower, and a small balcony. Partly renovated and partly retaining its rustic charm, it offers an ideal retreat for families after an active day as well as for business travelers after a long meeting. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price. For stays of 14 nights or more, the apartment is cleaned weekly, including a change of bed linen and towels. For longer stays of one month or more, cleaning is provided every two weeks to once a month, depending on the arrangement. The apartment is equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, dish towels, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi. The price also includes final cleaning, the tourist tax, and the South Tyrol Mobil Card. Guest access I offer also a parking place. In the entry you find a library with books, journals and games you can rent free. You also find a lawn for sunbathing for relaxing after a sporty day. Other things to note By law, all guests must be registered online. I will therefore ask you for your passports or identity cards on arrival. I would also like to inform you that the house does not have a lift. The neighbouring building is a grocery shop. It can happen that a delivery sometimes comes early in the morning. Regarding the price-performance ratio, I would like to point out the following: I have a regular licence to rent out private rooms, so I am subject to all requirements and taxes.
