Welcome to our spacious and warm family home, located just minutes from downtown Belfort, between calm, nature and amenities. You will have the entire ground floor and second floor of the house. The first floor remains a private space, not accessible, but unoccupied during your stay. ✨ The house is carefully decorated, in an authentic and friendly style, with beautiful solid wood furniture that gives it a real country house spirit. The space 🌿 From the kitchen and dining room, a large bay window offers a magnificent view of the back garden. A bright and peaceful setting, ideal for unwinding. 🛏️ Capacity for 6 to 8 people, large living spaces and 3 comfortable bedrooms, perfect for stays for families or groups of friends. The beds are prepared before your arrival with clean and comfortable bed linen – you don't need to bring anything. 🛁 In the bathroom, you will also find: • Towels provided • Soap, bath mat, hairdryer, etc. 🛍️ A short walk from the house, you will find everything you need: bakeries, grocery store, butcher shop, cheese shop... in our small town with a village spirit, a short walk from Belfort. And further on, a shopping area. 🚲 Right in front of the house is a bike path that takes you directly to the center of Belfort, and which joins the EuroVelo (Euroroute) — ideal for bike rides or itinerant trips. 🌳 Nature & Leisure: • Lake Malsaucy, known for its beach, trails and children's playgrounds • The Ballon d'Alsace (hiking, skiing, landscapes) • Walking or cycling in a green setting (greenway and forest) • Local products at the Frery market • Excursions to the Jura, Switzerland or Alsace, all nearby 🎶 Great events in Belfort: • 🎸 Les Eurockéennes (early July) – famous rock festival on the Malsaucy site • 🎺 FIMU (Pentecost weekend) – free and eclectic international music festival • 🎬 The Entrevues Festival (end of November) – independent and auteur film festival 📱 We no longer live there, but remain available remotely at any time. A welcome booklet will be provided to facilitate your installation and your stay. Guest access You will have access to, on the second floor: - three comfortable bedrooms and a very nice 30 m2 relaxation area with home cinema (access to Netflix) - a bathroom with spacious shower and toilet on the ground floor; - kitchen with bay window overlooking the garden - reading and music room on the ground floor - additional toilet Other things to note For safety reasons, the rented space is not suitable for children under 5 years of age, nor for people with reduced mobility unfortunately (stairs that are not yet secure). A barrier is on order for the second floor. In the meantime, a cabinet serves as a guardrail.
