The space Unfortunately, the unit you are considering does not include a parking space. However, residents and visitors can utilize Acqua's designated parking facilities for a fee. The parking charges are structured as follows: the first three hours will cost Php 50.00, and any parking duration beyond that will incur an additional fee of Php 20.00 per hour. It’s important to note that there is no standard overnight parking rate; therefore, charges will continue to accumulate based on the hourly rate. Parking availability is determined on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's advisable to arrive early to secure a spot. In addition to Acqua's parking, the Dettifoss parking entrance has recently opened to accommodate all vehicles. Available parking slots are specifically at Dettifoss Tower. For your convenience, you can use the Pebble Pay parking system to access this entrance easily. Those interested in a long-term lease of the unit should be aware of the utility policy. A monthly cap of Php 4,000 will be applied to cover the combined costs of water, internet, and electricity bills. It is the tenant’s responsibility to pay for any utility charges that exceed this cap, ensuring that you stay informed about your usage to avoid unexpected expenses. Guest access *** For short-term lease accommodations, we are pleased to provide access to various outdoor amenities that enhance their stay. The Lagoon Pool, Kiddie Pool, and Basketball Court offer unique experiences for relaxation and recreation. So that you know, access to the Lagoon Pool incurs a fee of P500.00 per person daily. The Kiddie Pool is available for little ones to enjoy, providing a safe and fun environment for children to play. A separate fee of P500.00 applies if you're interested in using the Basketball Court at night. To ensure a seamless experience, you must register and reserve your desired amenities with the Property Management Office (PMO) or the Concierge before your visit. These include the fitness center, swimming pool, movie theater, children's playground, and other communal spaces that enhance the property's living experience. Tenants can enjoy these amenities throughout their lease term, providing opportunities for relaxation, socialization, and a healthier lifestyle. The PEBBLE facilities are available daily from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Other things to note Very Important Note: Lost key will be charged Php 2,500 to cover for the lock replacement. For long-term leases, specifically for stays of 30 nights or more. For stays longer than 29 nights, we have a cap on electricity usage. Charges may apply once you go over this limit. This coverage is limited to a maximum of Php 5,000 per month. If the total utility bills exceed this amount, the Lessee (tenant) agrees to pay for any charges beyond the Php 5,000 cap. Our decision to enforce this utility policy is part of our effort to promote responsible usage. We have had situations with previous tenants where appliances like air conditioning units and lights were left on, and devices were not unplugged when leaving the unit. This behavior leads to excessive energy consumption and unexpectedly high utility bills.
