We will be happy to give you more information about your arrival, etc. The house is located 10 min. from Vaduz, Buchs/Werdenberg, 15 min. from Feldkirch (A) 30 min. from St. Gallen, 75 min. from Zurich, 30 min. from Bregenz (A) and easy to reach in summer as in winter. Also easily accessible by public transport bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance. ♥ Villa Ottilia does not have its own gym, but an entire gym is right at your doorstep, so to speak! *Sports and leisure facility Grossabünt* . Coordination, strength, and endurance can be trained on the grounds. There are also various indoor swimming pools, outdoor pools and mountain lakes and Vita trails in the surrounding area. ♥ In the village there is a bakery/incl. small cafe/shop for the essentials is 2 minutes away. Walking distance. A selection of good dining restaurants is nearby. Various supermarkets are easily accessible within 5-10 minutes' drive. ♥ The whole region offers countless, great excursion destinations and hiking tours, including the idyllic Kreuzbergkette, Alpstein and the Liechtenteiner mountains. Some examples: Hohen Kasten (rotary restaurant), Chäserrugg, Säntis and Appenzell, Pfälzerhütte, Fürstensteig, Schönberg and much more. ♥ The Malbun (LI) and Wildhaus (CH) ski resorts offer extensive ski and snowboard slopes as well as snowshoe tours and cross-country skiing trails. Larger ski resorts such as Flumserberge, Pizol (CH) or Silvretta Nova/Montafon (A) are also close and easily accessible. Just under an hour are also e.g. the Lenzerheide (connected to the Arosa ski resort). ♥ With the sled, you can flush down in Liechtenstein from the Bückaschlittelbahn and the Sareis, but there are also great descents from the Gamplüt (ski resort Wildhaus) or in Fideris (both CH). There are also countless ♥ winter hiking trails in the area. My favorite path: from the Gänglesee (jetty/LI) to the Alp Valüna and back. Pure winter fairytales! ♥ Ice skating: on the ice court in the center of Vaduz, ice skating can be enjoyed over the winter in the Christmas mood and curling. ♥ Numerous museums and castles and palaces invite you to visit. Child-friendly excursion destinations are climbing park Triesen, mini golf park Vaduz, Tierpark Feldkirch, outdoor swimming pool Vaduz, Waldbad Giesigen, Gänglesee Steg, Ridamm City Erlebnis-Welt Vaduz, Klangweg Toggenburg, Forschungsweg in Malbun, Walser-Sagen-Weg, Toggenburger Sagenweg, Bärenpark on the Sonnenkopf (A), Voralpsee. ♥ The Caribbean blue Walensee trumps with the Seerenbachfall, with its 305 meters it is the highest waterfall in Switzerland. A cruise hike (April-October) is a perfect day trip. But even in the fall, the chestnut trail from Murg is an experience. ♥ Werdenberg - the smallest city in Switzerland, the Holzsiedlung Werdenberg and Werdenberg Castle is always worth a visit! ♥ Find relaxation at the Tamina Therme Bad Ragaz 36.5°C or in the mineral thermal bath St. Margrethen ♥ Visit the weekly market in the medieval city center in Feldkirch (A)(always Tuesday & Saturday) or in Dornbirn (Miwwoch and Saturday) and much more!!
