Welcome to our lovely apartment! The apartment is located in a new urbanization Mirador De Villamartin. It is close to La Zenia Shopping Center and 3 Golf Courses: Villamartin Golf, Campoamor Golf and Las Ramblas Golf. Our lovely place has 3 bedrooms, a large terrace, solarium and a private underground parking. It is fully furnished with modern furniture and has all amenities needed for an amazing stay! Dmitri & Inessa The space The apartment is located in a private complex, with a swimming pool, underground parking, and surrounded by a large green area. The apartment is very sunny and is facing the sea. Stunning 360 views of the sea and green area are open from the solarium. The apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, oven, induction panel, washing machine, powerful hairdryer, iron, etc. In the kitchen we have all of the necessary pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. TV with English, German, French and Spanish channels is also available as well as speedy Wi-Fi access. For hot summer months we have air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, that works as a heater in winter months. Bed linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment. We also provide beach towels, so you don't have to bring them with you! Our apartment is ideal for couples or small families who want a quiet holiday near the beach, 3 Golf courses, La Zenia shopping center and local amenities.  The are some nice bars and restaurants in the area, and Dialprix store is just a few hundreds meters away! Two nice beaches are available within 5 minutes drive. Gould courses are even closer: Villamartin Golf is 2 minutes drive and Las Ramblas Golf and Campoamor Golf are in about 5 minutes by car. Local buses and taxis are readily available. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
