This beachfront 81sqm fully airconditioned unit is located along one of Townsville's best streets - The Strand. There are views from the side-facing balcony to the ocean. The two-bedroom apartment has one queen-sized bed and one double-sized bed. The second-floor unit has the convenience of self check-in. The unit is walking distance to all Townsville beachside living, and the city, has to offer. Wi-Fi's complimentary and you've one undercover car space in front of your private laundry room. The space The modern, fully air-conditioned, two-bedroom apartment - on the second floor with three flights of stairs - has one Queen bed in one room and one Double bed in the other. The apartment, along The Strand in Townsville, is designed for a maximum of four people. On the side-facing balcony which has ocean views, there are two lounger-style deck chairs, as well as a small table with two chairs. It has to be highlighted that the sea views are not a full frontal view from the balcony but from the side-facing balcony (a photo of this is included in the photo montage). This unit is located on the 2nd floor - three flights of stairs. There is no lift. Please consider if this works for you. The living room includes a dining table with four chairs, a large sofa and side table with a lamp as well as a smart TV. There is also a footrest. The kitchen is fully stocked (cutlery/pots/pans/crockery) with all you need for a holiday stay. There is also salt/pepper/oil for basic cooking, located in the thin cabinet between the oven and the pantry. There is a large cupboard in the living space that includes a variety of games for children. The laundry includes a dryer and a washing machine as well as a drying rack. There are a few beach toys for the children in the laundry. The unit is fully renovated, professionally cleaned, and professionally styled. You have access to the whole 81sqm two-bedroom apartment which has a fully equipped renovated kitchen, Smart Tv and Wi-fi. The private laundry room is located in front of your undercover car space. A security camera is pointed to the area in front of the laundry room (but not inside) and towards the first metre of the car space. Please lock the laundry room after use to ensure no unauthorised person has access to that space. Please note that there are three flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The views to the ocean is from a SIDE-facing balcony (not full frontal views). Other things to note The apartment, along The Strand, in Townsville, is on the second floor and access is three flights of stairs of an older style but very well maintained building (see photos). It is 81sqm and is self check-in, although we are just a phone call away if any assistance is needed for check-in. The two-bedroom apartment is designed for four people only maximum including children, as it has one Queen-sized bed and one double bed. The sea views are from a side-facing balcony, rather than from a full frontal ocean facing balcony (see photos for the view from the apartment). When you arrive you are supplied with a complimentary starter pack for the kitchen, which includes tea, coffee, sugar, chocolate bar ...and in the bathroom there is liquid soap and shampoo . Beds are made up with quality linen and towels provided. Unlimited NBN Wi-Fi is complimentary. Your private laundry, with a washing machine, dryer and drying rack, is located in front of your dedicated car space. There is a security camera pointed to the outside area of the laundry room and the front section of your car space.
