Villa Parrot

Here on lovely Tranholmen, you live island life near the big city. Tranholmen is a quiet and car-free island in Lilla Värtan, between Lidingö and Stocksund. The space The house is 155 m2 and has an open floor plan on the ground floor. There is a large kitchen, dining area, guest room, bathroom and laundry room with rough entrance and exit to two terraces. On the middle floor there is the TV room with a large sofa and a great view of the water. On the upper floor, there is 1 large bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), 2 bedrooms with single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, and a sauna. Captain Cat and the ducks supervise the rental and are on site throughout the entire period. Therefore, it is important that you, as the renters, take good care of them while you are at the house. Pets are welcome as long as they are kind to the cats. The back and patio are gated. The garden is of a forest plot character. There is also a trampoline here. Transport: Tranholmen is served by an SL passenger ferry, and several trips run to and from Ropsten every day of the week from early morning to late evening. The trip takes about 10 minutes, and from Ropsten, there are connections to the subway and buses that will take you to central Stockholm. For the car owner there is parking at Svanholmsparken in Stocksund. The rent also includes access to the "boat pool" where we collectively own a number of row boats to quickly and easily take the short distance from Stocksund, Svanholmsparken over to Tranholmen. Island: On the island, there are open lawn areas, 2 child-friendly beaches and playground. All within 5-10 minutes distance. We who are staying here today are a family of 2 adults and 2 boys (ages 9 and 14). The property is also home to a parrot, four ducks, a cat, fish, and a dog.
