CIN: IT023091B4OJPCVI47 The space The White Apartment is a Short Term Rental (Locazione turistica in Italian), on the 2nd floor of a historic building (22 steps before you can access a small elevator). In the very heart of the Veronese movida, 100 meters from Piazza Erbe, 300 meters from Juliet’s House, and 400 meters from the Arena. Literally surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. Situated in a pedestrian area of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), taxis can conveniently drop you off right at our building. A secure public parking garage is an 8-minute walk away, with a daily rate of €25. This apartment features 3 bedrooms (each one with a double bed and an A/C unit), 2 bathrooms (both with a toilet and shower, but no A/C), and a charming vintage kitchen (with a fan, no A/C). The entire apartment is heated with radiators. IMPORTANT: The property is not suitable for oversized guests or those with mobility impairments. There is no living room. There is no dishwasher. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. BEDROOMS: All our beds (including extra single beds, available only for larger groups) are equipped with orthopedic wooden slats, made in Italy. Each bed (including extra single beds) features a top-quality memory foam mattress, manufactured in Tuscany. All our mattresses are double-protected: each features a fully waterproof, zip-locked soft cover, along with an additional cotton and waterproof cover. For added comfort, each guest is provided with two pillows of varying sizes and firmness. All pillows are made of memory foam and have double protection: a zippered waterproof soft protector, plus a cotton protector, and on top of that there is a normal cotton pillowcase. Our bed linens are 100% cotton only. - 1st Bedroom (20 sqm): This room features a contemporary real-leather king-size bed (200 x 200 cm), made in Italy. The window overlooks the lively Corso Porta Borsari. For larger groups, here we can set up 1 or 2 extra single beds (80 x 190 cm each). - Master Bedroom (27 sqm): Originally a spacious living room with a sofa bed and lounge area, this room now features an ecological and comfortable king-size canopy bed (200 x 200 cm), made entirely of natural wood by "Totem" Design company from Milan. The lounge area remains, and we’ve added a new 55" HD Smart TV. The room features a balcony where you can enjoy the vibrant Veronese atmosphere, especially on weekends.. - 3rd Bedroom: This standard-size double bedroom is furnished with a standard double bed (160 x 190 cm). The window overlooks the quiet back of the building, offering a peaceful retreat. BATHROOMS: The small ante-bathroom has a sink. From this ante-bathroom, you can access two separate bathrooms, each one with a sliding door, each one with a Jacuzzi rain shower and a toilet. KITCHEN: BF White features a basic vintage kitchen, crafted by an Italian company decades ago, with charming wear and tear. It includes a contemporary Italian design round table that seats up to 6 people. The chairs are from a collection of renowned design brands, such as Driade, Vitra, Fabio Novembre, and others. The kitchen window overlooks the back of the building. Throughout the whole apartment, except for the kitchen, there is a marble floor. CIN:  IT023091B4OJPCVI47 Guest access The biggest bedroom has an elegant balcony that overlooks Corso Porta Borsari. We have a basic vintage kitchen. Only light cooking is allowed! No frying!!! No spicy/smelly food cooking! The big white wardrobe in the 3rd room is locked and is not for our guests' use. THERE IS an elegant and small ELEVATOR from the 1st to the 2nd floor, for up to 3 persons and/or 3 medium luggage. Please use it carefully, so as not to damage it with heavy bags. A smart UHD TV 4K 55' (139 cm) with Wi-Fi connection (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc., to log in with your credentials). A baby travel cot (120x60 cm, for children up to 15 kg) and a baby high chair are provided only upon request, at least 1 day before your arrival, free of charge! Other things to note BF White cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances, so we suggest you buy travel insurance to protect yourself. We are not accountable for the noise coming from the neighbors from 8 AM To 10 PM. If guests have any specific requirements, they need to state that BEFORE they book. The apartment is not conducive to anyone large-sized and/or with mobility impairments. There are 22 steps from the entrance of the building to the 1st floor. You can take the elevator from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Read carefully our House rules with check-in details. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct arrival time.  Keep the windows closed while the A/C or heating is on! Summer: An A/C split unit is present in all 3 bedrooms. The kitchen comes with a fan only. Winter: Heating radiators are present in 3 bedrooms, in the kitchen, and bathrooms. We regularly clean our AC split unit filters. We don't use any air fresheners or diffusers during our guests' stay. We do a 15-minute long, very detailed time-stamp video of every part of the apartment, about 30 minutes prior to each guest' arrival, to avoid any "condition" issue claim.
