Wake up to the ocean breeze at our ocean front (3 bedroom with 4th bedroom/ large loft upstairs ) home. This modern beach house has all the comforts of home and a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. A unique property with a huge ocean front yard and deck. Just blocks away from Main Street and Pacific City where restaurants and bars are plentiful. The space Construction on our lot has begun. We will be building two homes behind the one you see. This is a large project and we want guests to be aware prior to booking. We are going above and beyond to ensure guests are not bothered by the construction but would like you to be fully aware prior. There will be construction noise during your stay with the majority of it taking place between Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. There will not be access to the backyard. Parking is available in metered spaces in front of the home and on both adjacent streets. Parking behind the home is TBD depending on what phase of the project is underway. Project is anticipated to be completed in August. Our home is a family beach house. Parties will not be tolerated. Failure to be respectful of our rules ( no animals, abide by quiet hours, no bonfires, no drinking games, no moving furniture around etc ) will be subject to loss of security deposit. Quiet hours are strict and truly mean being quiet on the property. Quiet hours Sunday - Thursday 8pm - 8am Friday - Saturday 10pm - 8am During quiet hours it is important that IF you are hanging out on the front deck/patio that you are congregating on side in front of the bedroom doors and not on the side in front of the kitchen window as the kitchen window side is directly underneath our neighbors bedroom windows. Also please DO NOT smoke on that side of the patio in front of the kitchen windows. Premier location in Huntington Beach. This four bedroom modern home is located on Pacific Coast Highway with panoramic unobstructed views of the Ocean, Huntington Beach Pier, Catalina Island and Palos Verdes. Upstairs you can find a quaint loft with two twins, one queen and private half bath along with living area. Walk across the street and your toes will meet the sand. In the mood for a bike ride or run? The bike path goes up and down the coast and is truly one of our favorites for a morning or sunset cruise. Don't forget about locales night on Tuesday! Main Street turns into a fun festive farmers market with food stands, bands and tons of activities for kids! Looking to enjoy a delicious meal or cocktail- head over to Pacific City for restaurants and shopping! The house has been remodeled from top to bottom with designer kitchen, baths, flooring and fixtures. Wi-Fi, Netflix and DirectTV Now are included. Lounge on the deck and BBQ with friends or enjoy the pristine sunset with loved ones and family. All that is required is your personal items. Main street/Pacific City and all it has to offer is just a 5 minute walk. Surf shops, restaurants, surf museum, coffee shops, gym, post office, pharmacy, etc.... No car required. Walk or bike to everything. Disneyland, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach is minutes away driving. This house is ideal for families and we are flexible on lengths of stay. Kick back and relax because you’re at the beach! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Guests must enter through front gate and front door located on Pacific Coast Highway. Other things to note We have surveillance on the property. A camera is looking at the backyard and front yard. Please be respectful of our house rules and guest allotment. If you plan to have a gathering with more than the specified guests we need to approve. Failure to do so will be the loss of your security deposit.
