Hoy House is a luxurious modern 3 bedroomed semi detached property, it is NI Tourism approved and meticulously presented to a very high standard. Hoy House is our holiday home for visiting family in Enniskillen and as such we've made sure it's both comfortable and luxurious! Located less than 2 miles from Enniskillen town centre with all it's amenities. It's our (and hopefully your) perfect place to come to and visit and exploring Enniskillen, the lakelands and further afield! The space The property is a newly built 3 bed semi-detached house furnished to an excellent standard. Downstairs there is an entrance hallway, stylishly appointed lounge with comfy sofa's, 42 inch TV, selection of games, books and dvd's. The kitchen diner is a great space for all the family with large extending table, sofa and fully fitted kitchen including integrated dishwasher, American style fridge freezer with ice machine, large range hob/cooker, microwave and most importantly a wine storage rack! Off the kitchen is our utility room complete with washing machine and separate dryer. There is also a downstairs cloak with toilet and sink. Upstairs we have three beautiful bedrooms, a master with king bed and en-suite with shower. Bedroom 2 has a double and single bed, whilst bedroom 3 has a bunk bed. Outside to the rear we have a paved patio area with tables, seats and parasol, along with a raised planter housing a few carefully selected plants and flowers. High speed, unlimited Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house. Guest access We have off road parking for up to two cars to the side of the property, which is linked by a flat footpath to the front door. The property is on a small new residential development less than half a mile from Lough Erne. Other things to note The development which the property is located on is newly built and the main road is yet to receive its final top coat of concrete but totally accessible .
