Enjoy a sunny and relaxed stay in a newly appointed loft style apartment. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable to hang out in, or explore all the activity nearby. You will be one block from the Waterfront. This relaxing location is convenient to everything; restaurants, breweries, speakeasy spots, shopping, bike path, boat launch, antique stores, breakfast spots, music venues, etc. Enjoy the front porch. You don’t need a car! Street parking is free on our block if you do:) The space The Apartment is very sunny and spacious. With a separate bedroom, it can be comfortable for a couple traveling or a small family with a Queen Murphy bed in the Living Room. Also, 4 adults traveling together will have 2 Queen beds that are high end mattresses and wonderful linens. It is a comfortable place to hang out in, with a homey feeling, or it has the perfect location to use as a launching point after a nice nights rest. The mattresses and linens have been well invested in for your comfort. The kitchen is stocked with service and cookware and essentials for such. This location offers great opportunity for the many festivals in Burlington to be within walking distance. The Marathon, Brewers festival, Restaurant week, Jazz Fest, Art Hop Graduation and homecoming weekends. The apartment is @815 sq ft Guest access There is a front porch with a Bistro table and a few chairs. The porch is a terrific place to sit and enjoy the outdoors day and night. The porch is shared with other guests visiting the property, including me:) Other things to note There is a 42" TV with Netflix. and youtube TV. There is free parking on site for ONE car. If your party has more than one car, visitors or a second care used by guests to travel, must be parked on the street or in nearby city lots or garages. The street parking is right in front and is free and unlimited except in winter months. Snow storms and snow removal limits street parking.
