The amount of the tourist tax is €2.00 per night per person, for all guests over the age of 10. Check-in time is not a problem if it is after 4:00 p.m. However, in some cases where it is not possible to check in in person (for example, for arrivals after midnight), instructions will be provided to proceed with self check-in. For this mode, it will be necessary to send the documents of all guests in advance; then you will receive the instructions to access the facility. The next morning you will find a staff member to complete the check-in. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. The property must be left in order and with a minimum amount of waste. An excess of waste will result in a penalty of €25 for each tub. Any fines for incorrect delivery or failure to separate waste, committed during the period of your stay, will be charged to the guest even after departure.
