Loft in Lisbon

Less than 5 minutes from "Alfama" neighborhood & 10 minutes from "Parque das Nações" (by bus or car). ***We have special prices for Mid booking requests. The space You will enjoy a cozy open space with a low ceiling mezzanine, elegant decoration, fully equipped. Everything you will need to make you feel at home. We are less than 2km from the Lisbon Old Town and close to its more typical neighborhoods (Graça, Alfama, Mouraria, Chiado, Bairro Alto, and Bica), enjoying a quieter part of the city with good access to public transports (metro, bus, train), restaurants, shops and all the wonderful tourist attractions that you may want to visit. Next to Santa Apolónia Metro and Train Station, but we do believe that the best way to get to know the city is by foot, is without any doubt the best way to discover and "feel" our sunny Lisbon. Guest access • Especially to guests with children or reduced mobility, please note that the loft has open stairs (check photos). • This is a residential vila, with local neighbours, we kindly request to please respect the silence hours from 10 Pm to 8 Pm (neighbours that sleep downstairs awake at 6/ 7 Am to work). • "No Outside Shoes" Policy - Please only use House Slippers or Socks in the apartment. • Easy & Paid Car Parking in the neighbourhood. •This property does not allow the performance of singles (bachelor) parties and similar parties. Other things to note • Extra guest: 15€ per person after the 2 guests. • Housekeeping Fee: 50€ • Security deposit: 350€ • Extra Cleaning/ Laundry Fee of €50 applied for stays up to 7 nights. • Please note that "Late Check-in Request" will incur the following additional charges: - From 20:00 to 22:00, EUR 20; - From 22:00 to 00:00, EUR 30; - After 00:00, EUR 50. • Any issue with the keys (lose keys/ forget inside the apartment on the lock) that will request calling a "key technician company", all costs involved with door opening or lock changes, will be under the guest responsibility.
