You will have access to the entire upper townhouse. However, according to your group's size, some bedrooms will be closed off. This fabulous home is ideal for large groups visiting Liverpool, and we welcome Stag and Hen groups. The house is in the heart of the city centre and only 15 minutes from Liverpool and Everton FC. All city attractions, including the famous nightlife, are within easy walking distance, so there is no need to worry about taxis. Concert Square is the heart of Liverpool's Nightlife and is only a 10-minute walk. Once you step outside the house, you find cobbled streets and stunning architecture. Popular as a location for TV and Movie makers, the Georgian Quarter also hosts Liverpool’s two Cathedrals. They are linked by the aptly named Hope Street, which offers an array of traditional pubs, contemporary Brassieres, and fine-dining restaurants. The house has a large kitchen with all the usual appliances and is well stocked with cutlery, crockery, and glasses. The beds are ‘Hilton’ standard with fine Egyptian cotton bedding. There is also a lovely south-facing rear garden to relax in with tables and plenty of seating areas. This house is in a quiet residential area and is not a party venue; however, it is a perfect base for your visit to Liverpool. We ask that you respect other residents, so noise must be kept to a reasonable level—no partying or loud music to be played in or outside the property after 9 p.m. OTHER THAN BY PRIOR CONSENT ... The guests who may have booked the basement apartment only have the right to access the apartment, but do not have the use of the garden. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, if your property choice is unavailable, we will try to provide alternative accommodation of a similar standard. Liverpool’s Anglican cathedral is right on your doorstep, as are St James's Park, the Paul McCartney LIPA Academy, and the John Lennon School of Art. John lived on a nearby street, enjoyed drinks at the Ye Crack around the corner, and many others. The Liverpool Philharmonic, Unity Theatre, and Everyman Theatre are all within a 5-minute walk, and the Hot Water Comedy Club is on Hardman Street.
