This modern, self contained apartment has all you need for a relaxing break on the Jurassic Coast, close to Lyme Regis and with parking for two cars. (Unsuitable for children under 10 or those not keen to use the ladder to the mezzanine bedroom.) The space The apartment sleeps 2 to 4 people and overlooks Lyme Bay and Golden Cap on the walking route from Charmouth beach to Lyme Regis via the coastal path - great for walkers. Guest access Sole use of the apartment and all its facilities, including fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, micro-wave, fridge, cooking equipment, crockery and utensils for six. The double bed is on the upstairs, half-floor mezzanine with lovely views (accessed by a secure ladder). Downstairs, the living room has a double sofa-bed, dining area for 6 and a large 4-K TV with Freeview, DVD player and Wifi. Outside double-door access to garden area and sitting-bench sun-trap to side. Car park for two at front, off road. Other things to note Extra care is needed with the ladder to the upstairs bedroom, but the sofa-bed is fine for those who want to keep their feet on the ground!
