Relaxing coastal decor and a beautiful view from the balcony make our home enjoyable inside and out. Enjoy all the amenities of home, sunbathe by the pool, fish from the dock, relax on the balcony, grill out on the lawn. Its all here. Just a short drive from Pensacola NAS, Pensacola Beach and historic Downtown Pensacola. (No pets allowed) The space Our quiet, cozy condo is a great place to unwind and relax. We have a fully-equipped kitchen, two full baths, in-suite laundry, wifi, cable tv, and a beautiful view. Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or watch the sunset over the bayou from our private balcony. Bring your kayak, canoe or paddle board and enjoy paddling around Bayou Grande. If you're lucky, you'll catch the Blue Angels practicing overhead (you'll find their schedule on their website). Enjoy our community pool, fish from the dock and grill out on the lawn. From time to time you'll see dolphins playing at the end of the dock. We are located near NAS where you can see spectacular views from the lighthouse and tour the Naval Museum. We're only 5 miles from downtown Pensacola and Blue Wahoo Stadium. Beautiful Pensacola Beach is just 14 miles away. Please note PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED by observance of our homeowners association bylaws. Guest access Onsite parking available. You can access the condo by 4 digit passcode that will be sent prior to your arrival. Although our complex is waterfront, it is not located on Pensacola Beach. It's a quiet retreat on Bayou Grande.
