This fully self-contained and newly renovated studio apartment is perfect for a couple. The views are amazing, especially on a bright and sunny day. Apart from the fabulous lower balcony, the newly renovated upstairs balcony and back covered patio and BBQ area are yours to enjoy. The space We think you’ll love the studio apartment with absolute beach frontage, giving magnificent ocean views and breezes. The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living area. It is tiled throughout and has a lovely modern feel to it. This space is completely self-contained with bedroom, open plan lounge dining and full kitchen, shower/vanity room, separate toilet and a utilities space containing storage drawers and bench for storing suitcases and/or space for folding laundry. We have many additional items stored in labelled drawers for your convenience. The furnishings and fittings are nice and modern. Our upstairs balcony is also included for your enjoyment. Due to the cost of cleaning, we regret that we have moved from single night stays to minimum 2 nights. Please enquire if you require a single night stay at a slightly higher rate. The house is a stones throw from the boat ramp at one end, shops, bowls club with courtesy bus, tennis court, BMX track, swimming enclosure and other services eg takeaway, fuel, ice etc at the other end. If the studio apartment is booked, there won't be guests booked upstairs unless the guests are known to one another and agreeable. As guests you will not share the space with strangers. Guest access The whole lower level is yours to enjoy. You are welcome to sit on the upstairs balcony and enjoy the views and breeze from there as well. The upstairs balcony space is tiled with a dining and lounge setting for your enjoyment. We do ask, that if you use this space, you leave it as clean and tidy as you'll find it.
