Hello, this is Seogwipo Romhouse. Our accommodation is located in the center of Seogwipo, so it is convenient for public transportation and transportation. Tourist attractions and amenities are close by. It is a place with a good blend of Beom Island and the garden above the sea from the accommodation. It is a good accommodation with a view of Hallasan Mountain and the sea together. It is in front of the accommodation with a stream of Hallasan water throughout the four seasons, so take a walk in the fresh air in the morning:) It is located in the middle of Olle Trail Route 7, so it is a favorite accommodation for those who tour Olle Trail. There is a spacious free public parking lot next to the property and an electric car charger. - Water purifier is provided. - The "room M" room is on the second floor. - Please note that there is no elevator. - The building's own soundproofing is vulnerable. Those who want to play like they won't be tomorrow should not make a reservation. - Please adhere to checkout time. Additional costs will be incurred if time is exceeded. - The standard number of people is 4, and the maximum number of people is 5. - A fee of 20,000 won per person will be incurred if the number of guests exceeds the standard. Other things to note - For a comfortable room condition, cooking smell and greasy dishes are not allowed inside the accommodation. - Even though we are running quarantine every month, sometimes bugs come out. Please refer to this part, and we do not give refunds from bugs. - We kindly ask that you refrain from making loud noises that cause any disturbance around you. - We check the facilities and equipment for damage every time after leaving the guest. In case of damage to all facilities and fixtures, you will be charged 100% for reimbursement, so please be sure to let us know before you leave. - Strictly no parties or events, pets, smoking, or use of fire hazard supplies. - Guests are responsible for storing valuables in the house. The host is not responsible for the loss of valuables, so please keep your personal valuables on your own. - Please comply to the standard number of people. -Check-in 16:00 and check-out 11:00.
