House and garden in the countryside!

Small house with upper floor, with flower garden, in a small countryside town, surrounded by fields and forests, between the towns of Chaource and Ervy-le-Chatel. You are in the village church square, 10 minutes from shops, by car (Chaource and Ervy). Right between Troyes and Auxerre (about 50 minutes). Bedding not provided (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) Bath towels provided. Tea towels and toilet paper provided. The space The house dates from the late 1800s, it is an "old mother" in which we live on a daily basis and that we renovate as we go. It sleeps 6, and we have a child's bed available. On the ground floor: A living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet. The garden is large but not excessive, with several living spaces, depending on what you want to do there (eat in the sun, eat in the shade, sun loungers, swing...). An old bike is also available... and a trampoline for children! ATTENTION (UPDATED February 24): This old house is being renovated little by little. The whole first floor is almost finished. The living room has had a first round of renovation. But the dining room and kitchen have not yet passed through our hands. This means that these two rooms are still "in their original state". The walls are old and damaged, and the floor tile has defects, traces, chips. The house is, of course, cleaned before the arrival of each tenant, but when it's old... it's old! This message may seem alarmist, but following the (only!) negative comment left recently, we want to readjust some things: - This house is neither modern, nor designer, nor ultra modern. And we are neither a cottage nor a bed and breakfast, just people who rent a house in which they live. - We live in this house every day, so it's not empty. And we live there with a cat and a dog. - Although our belongings remain in the house, you have two dressers and a small wardrobe in the bedrooms for yours. - The upstairs toilets are old and scaled, of course, BUT THEY ARE CLEANED. Again, we live in this house. And the downstairs toilet is new. - You won't, of course, have to clean when you leave! On the other hand, we ask that you return the house as we rent it to you.
