Independent entrance. Private secure parking. A closed terrace with American gas barbecue and plancha, an outdoor sofa and a hot tub for 11 people are exclusively reserved for you. The house is ideally located in the heart of Provence. Ten minutes' drive to Avignon (TGV train station, airport) and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. You can travel throughout Provence: Aix, Marseille, Luberon, Alpilles, Camargue… not to mention the sea less than an hour away. Located at the foot of the protected site of Montagnette, the center of the village and shops are 1 km away. Nearby: equestrian center, tennis courts, water garden, museums, possibility of quad bike rides, ... Not to mention the WaveIsland water park and its wave simulator as well as the Spirou Park. Recent and decorated in a contemporary style with great care, the house offers an area of 120 m²: Towards sustainable, ecological and eco-responsible tourism: In 2023 we are going 100% green: zero pesticides, organic fruits and vegetables, production of our electricity, water saver and all without any change for you. On the ground floor: - Large living room: fully equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc.), living room with HD home cinema (DTT and satellite reception ~2000 channels). - Master suite with 160 x 200 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower with hydromassage column and separate toilet. Large screen TV (DTT reception and satellites ~2000 channels) and relaxation area. Upstairs: - Master suite with 140 x 200 bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. - Bedroom/Office with sofa bed 160 x 200. - Separate toilet. - Mezzanine with relaxation area. You have access to the 12x6 secure pool** (with hydromassage jets, safety ledge, diving pool) and the 4000 m² landscaped garden (large pool with fish and ducks, play area for children, free-range chickens, we have a cat and a small American Cocker Spaniel dog, that you may come across in the garden). - The pool is open from early June to late September (depending on the weather at the time). - The Spa is in water and heated to 37° The property is as follows, from West to East: your terrace with the spa, your cottage, our house, our terrace, the garden (the two houses are adjoining, the terraces are on opposite sides for the privacy of each). Also on the property, in front of the houses, is a large courtyard where you can park cars/play bowls (...), access to the pool and garden. Services: - Linens and towels are provided as well as basic products (toilet, paper towels, shampoo/shower gel). - Free Wi-Fi access (house and garden). - Childcare equipment available on request (baby cot with mattress, bathtub with foot, changing mat, strollers, highchair). - No pets allowed. - Possibility to wash your laundry. - No smoking allowed. - The rate does not include the rate for charging electric or hybrid cars. Some ideas for outings: - Avignon (Pont Saint-Bénézet, Palais des Papes, many museums and private hotels, Avignon festival from July 4 to 25...) - Les Baux de Provence, St Rémy de Provence, Les Carrières de Lumières (animated projections of paintings by Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, etc.) - Arles, its féria, its arena - Camargue Regional Park, its ranches and horseback rides - Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer - The Salins-de-Giraud - The Ocres du Roussillon trail - Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue - Anduze, its pottery, its bamboo grove - The Gardon Gorges and its canoe/kayak descents - Pont du Gard - Châteauneuf-du-Pape and the Wine Route - Villeneuve-les-Avignon, its fort, its chartreuse, its gardens. **: A pool when you're having fun is "noisy" and in the evening you don't necessarily realize it. Seeing the police arrive for "nocturnal" disturbances would not be pleasant for anyone ;) So unlimited pool access, but in case of concerns the hours will be restricted. Tourist tax to be paid on AirBnB. Recharge your electric vehicle: possibility of providing a Tesla UMC, Type2 socket. The rental price does not include the recharge of your electric or hybrid vehicle, a consumption-related supplement to be paid on site after your stay ends. Thank you for your understanding.
