Visit the ranch's many animals. We have A/C. This is a private room in the host's home where cats live. The space The Canary room is garden/ bird themed inspired. It’s equipped with double bed, a with high quality linens. A convent mini fridge/freezer and stocked with bottle water. Wake-up and use your own Cuisinart coffee maker supplied with coffee and creamer. Bring your Wine, a cork screw and glasses await you. Light snacks provided for your comfort. Enjoy your favorite Netflix shows on the in room TV and keep connected with the complimentary WiFi. An entertaining view from this room of the horses and goats playing in the pasture awaits animal lovers. No dogs allowed. Guest access Banks Ranch offers many different outside sitting areas where you can watch the horses, goats, ducks and chickens. Relax on the back deck at the patio table or in the Hot Tub. Take in the breathtaking views of the mountains and sunset. For those desiring to cook the kitchen and dining room is available. On site parking for your car with space for your boat or horse trailer. Secure storage available for items you do not want to leave on or in you car such as camping gear or kayaks. A smart lock code and private room key are provided so you may come and go as you please. Our Barn has extra Horse stalls and a corral is available for an additional fee. We have added a gazebo surrounded by Fargo's Garden. During your stay We like to meet and greet our guests. The room entry includes a greeting board welcoming guests by name to their room. Other things to note The Host lives in this home with guest suits on opposite side of house from master bedroom. Banks Ranch also offers the larger Peacock room that includes a king bed and two chairs and desk great for morning coffee or that thing called work. The Ranch cats do live in the common areas of the house but are prevented from entering the guest rooms. If you have allergy concerns please contact me before booking the room. No dogs allowed.
