The apartment shines with its maisonette charm and high-quality amenities. Season beach chair The space included On the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, a beach chair is available free of charge during the beach chair season from May 15 - September 15, weather permitting. Beach The apartment is located about 5 minutes' walk from the beach. You can reach the legendary dune mile of Scharbeutz in about 7 minutes' walk. Enjoy the short distances and just leave your car parked. Accommodation The three-room apartment with a roof terrace can accommodate five guests. The living space extends over two levels. The separate bedroom on the upper floor includes a cozy box-spring double bed (1.60 m wide) and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. A separate shower room and a spacious, furnished roof terrace complete the upper level. There is also a separate entrance to the apartment on this floor, so that the luggage can be easily transported through the large hallway to the upper part of the apartment. On the roof terrace there are two wellness loungers and a dining area. In the lower area is the living room with another sleeping option in the form of a comfortable sofa bed (1.30 m wide). From there you can access the other bedroom with a cozy box-spring bed (1.60 m width). The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the second balcony with seating. On the lower level there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A safe keeps your valuables secure. The entire apartment has electric shutters for relaxing sleeping comfort. Entertainment For evening entertainment, there is a LED TV with cable connection in the living room, inviting you to exciting movie evenings. Two more LED TVs are located in the separate bedrooms. Wi-Fi access and a stereo with iPod docking are also part of the entertainment. Design & style 65 m² are optimally used with high-quality and charming furnishings and leave nothing to be desired. Parking & bicycles Your car can be parked in your carport parking space, which is located behind the house. There is also a bicycle storage facility here. Well-trained dogs are welcome! Note: Road works will take place from mid-April to mid-June 2023, which may lead to restrictions. Beach grass - Individually designed apartment for that special vacation feeling! Other things to note The mandatory spa tax (for people 18 years and above) is not included in the nightly price and is charged separately. You can ask us about the prices in advance. The price range is between €1.55 - €3.50/ night per person. The prices indicated are for 4 persons, each additional person costs 18,00 euros per night extra. Please note that there is an additional cost to take a dog with you.
