Large room in bright New Town flat

Spacious double room located in a large, bright flat in central location of New Town, Edinburgh. It is 5 mins walk from Princes Street. It has access to large private, secluded gardens. You'd be very welcome to use lounge, kitchen & dining room. The space The bedroom is large and quietly located to the rear of the property, overlooking gardens. It has its own sink, wardrobe and cabinet and has a king size bed. The flat itself dates from 1820, and has many lovely period features - shutters, fireplaces, detailed plasterwork etc. It is a shared bathroom. There is also a separate w.c. Guest access You would be more than welcome to use the dining room, lounge and kitchen - as well as the bathroom and toilet, of course! During your stay I work during week days, but would be very happy to show you around Edinburgh, share a glass of wine in the evenings. I'm a big foodie, so if you're looking for recommendations for bars/restaurants, just ask. Can also recommend other more cultural pursuits!
