Guest house with independent rooms, all with private bathrooms in antique residential building, located in the city center only 600 meters from La Spezia main train station. Perfect base to visit Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Pisa, Santa Margherita Liguri/Portofino. ***Please read all information bellow.*** The space Free wifi, portable air conditioner, amenities, hair dryer, boiler, mini fridge, tea, towels and sheets included in the price. No lift/elevator, first floor. Room cleaned and sheet and towels changed every 3 days. Private room and bathroom. No shared space with other guests. CHECK-IN We don't have a reception. SELF Check-in AFTER 14:00 (02PM) Check-out: time is not flexible. We will send you all check in info 2 days before arriving and AFTER documents information are sent to us. ITALIAN LAW ON GUESTS DOCUMENTATION Italian hosts must fill in and send an online form on the "Portale alloggiati" with all guests' details within 24hrs from their arrival. We need documents information of all guests to be sent to us to complete the registration process, your details will be used exclusively for this purpose. For non-Italians IDs, Passports or driving licenses are accepted. Guests have access to their room and the structure hallway where all needed information is displayed. No kitchen is available, but all rooms have a kettle and a small fridge. LOCATION AND CINQUE TERRE We are right in the city center, close to the main train station. Trains to Cinque Terre leave the La Spezia Centrale Station every 30 minutes. The first city Riomaggiore is only 8 minutes away from us. Bus stops to Portovenere and Lerici are at a 5 minutes walk from us, buses go every 30 minutes to this cities. You can find restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs and coffee shops nearby while staying in a silent residential street. Parking We don't own a parking place, the street in front of our Affittacamere is for residents only. Since we are right in the city center parking can be very difficult, especially in summer.
