Cozy lowcabin whit Sauna and barbecue hut for the nature lovers. Not water no electricity. Back to basic. Unsurprised. Solar cell panel for some light and to charge mobile phone and gas for cooking. Simple standard. Lovely nature and hiking opportunities around. The cabin is near the Otra river which is known for being a good fishing river. Dog allowed. The space Cozy little Back to basic logcabin whit barbecue hut and sauna in the middle of the forest. This is a place for those who like the simple cabin life that they lived in the midst of nature without electricity and running water (cabin have solar power). The cabin lies alone in the middle of the little forest short distance from the little road. The cage is 19 m2.. Family bed 120 cm down and 80 cm bed up and whit sofa bed can sleep up to 5 people. Take whit you your own bedines. Gas cooker for cooking, simple fitted kitchen, mostly for cooking. The wood-burning stove in the cabin gives you warm warmth and delicious cottage feeling. Solar panel for 2 light and possibility to charge mobile phone. Use the adaptor, take whit you own usb cabel. Biological outdoor toilets without water. Cabin have frigde but they are sometimes difficult to start so if you cant start it so you cant not use it. Take whit you cooling bag in reserve. You have to learn to disconnect the gas cylinder yourself as we want the gas cylinder inside the cabin to be disconnected off at night The small covered terrace in front of the cabin provides a warm atmosphere for rainy days. It is about 350 meters to the river Otra but is bedder to drive little longer that road. Dog / cat is allowed but they do not have to go to bed / sofa. Cabin have Barbecue cabin and sauna 16.5 m2. Must use only firewoods to grill inside in barbeques house. ( NO gray coal ) You can wash yourself inside in sauna. Fill up watertank and when saunaoven is been hetaing so water been warm. Mix warm and cold water and wash you ) Take whit you firewoods. Obs! There is a small stream / river by the cottage in normal but can be dry sometimes (often in July) then you must collected water from the big otra river. It is easy to get water by car. There are several water fogs in the cabin that you can bring with water. Cottage is rented to decent, tidy and respectful and experienced guests of such nature cabins. Parkering summer: 20 meter from cabin Winter: The cabin can also be rented out in winter if there is a longer period than 3 at night, but then you must clean snow away and make place your car yourself as we haven't found anyone who can plough. Winther rent is just whit request. Nice hiking areas both bones and bicycles. The cabin is strategically located for excursions in Setesdalen up to Haukeligrend and Hovden with water parks. In the winter to Brokke with ski slopes and resorts. The summer requires a trip over Brokke Suleskarvegen down to Lysebotn. Boat through Ryfylke to Sandnes and back through Sirdal. A 2 day trip. Down the Setesdalen towards Bygland and Byglandsfjord. Wheel bulldog Bjoren (built in 1897) must be experienced. Further down to Troll-Aktiv. This is a family experience that is remembered and appreciated. Quits often in Evje and Hornnes mineral park. All these attractions generally require a day each to get a full dividend. Welcome. -- In Scandinavia (Norway), the standard of the cabins is often different. Many of the cabins have no power, some may have solar power. (Solar power is not normal power) Many of the cabins have no running water, no shower. Toilet conditions vary-some use sawdust, some bark. biological toilet can cause odor! The cabins do not have bed linen, towels because of long distances and it is very expensive to use laundry (Laundry is only in the towns). You also have to clean the cabin after use (dishes, floors, tidy up, (fridge, shower in the cabins that have it) Normal wash that the next guest can move in. In many of the cabins you have to bring your own towels, bed linen, drinking water, candles, maybe at. Dette er en plass til deg som liker den enkle hyttelivet som de levde før i tiden midt i naturen uten strøm og innlagt vann. ( hytten har en liten solcelle anlegg til par lamper og lading til tlf. Ta med din eget USB ledning) Koien ligger aleine midt i skogen kort vei fra veien. koien er 19 m2. Familie køyseng og sovesoffa gir soveplass opptil 5 personer. Gassbluss til matlaging, enkelt utstyrt kjøkken med det meste til matlaging. Ved-ovn i hytten gir deg god varme og deilig hyttekos. Solcelle panel for 2 lys og mulighet å lade mobil telefon. Ta med eget USB kabel. Der er også gass til kjøleskap. Gass kjøleskap kan være vanskelig å starte så du kan bruke den hvis du får til å starte den. Ta med kjølebag til reserve. -Alle må lære koble gass flaske selv da vi ønsker at du koblet av gass inne hytte i nattane. Biologisk ute-toilett. Liten overbygd terrasse foran hytten gir en lunt atmosfære til regnværsdager. Det er ca 350 meter til elva Otra men det er lettere å ta bil og kjøre litt til en bedre plass. Hund / katt er tillatt men de må ikke opp i seng / sofa. Fine turområder både beins og sykkel. Det er bygget også grillhytte med sauna 16.5 m2. Du kan vaske deg I sauna. Fyll upp vanntank og når du varmer sauna-ovn så varmer den vann. Blande deretter kalt og varmt vann og hell over deg. Vaske deg inne i sauna. Til grillen på grillhytte må brukes kun ved. Ikke grillkull. Ta med din eget ved. Obs. I tørre perioder. ( juli) må vann hentes fra Otra. Enkelt med bil. Der er vanndunker i hytte. Parkering sommer: 20 meter fra hytte Vinter: Hytta kan også leies ut om vinteren dersom det er lengre periode enn 3 natter, men da må dere selv måke plass til bilen da vi ikke har funnet noen som kan brøyte. Vinterleie kun på forespørsel. Hytten ligger strategisk til for utflukter i Setesdalen opp til Haukeligrend og Hovden med badeland. Om vinteren til Brokke med skiløyper og alpinanlegg. Sommeren krever en tur over Brokke Suleskarvegen ned til Lysebotn. Båt gjennom Ryfylke til Sandnes og tilbake gjennom Sirdal. En 2 dagers tur. Nedover Setesdalen mot Bygland og Byglandsfjord. Hjuldamperen Bjoren (bygd i 1897) må oppleves. Videre ned til Troll-Aktiv. Dette er en familieopplevelse som blir husket og satt pris på. Avsluttes gjerne i Evje og Hornnes mineralpark. Alle disse attraksjonene trenger stort sett en dag hver dersom man skal få fult utbytte. Og da vil en uke på hytten være minimum. ( firewoods can buy from helle campingplace or Rysstad gasolinstasjon. -Ewerybody must clean the cabin after himself. Have you dog / cat whit you so then you must clean after you extra well. -Dog and cat are welcome but they DO NOT have to go to bed or on sofa. -Fisk cards can be purchased from local stores or on the internet. 50 SEK / day, 125 SEK / week, or 250 SEK / year per. - The cabin is in the middle of the woods, be careful with the barbecue that there is not been forest fire !!! Do not throw ash from the wood stove into nature! -Only firewoods to grill in barbeque hut ( bonnfire in woodsareal is not allowed in Norway 15 april-15 september.) Ta med sengetøy,håndkler toilettpapir, ved til vedovn. Ved kan kjøpes fra Rysstad bensinstasjon eller Helle camping. -Leietaker vasker hytten godt etter seg. Ja, alle MÅ vaske hytte etter seg. Hund og katt er velkommen men de MÅ ikke opp i seng eller på sofa. Fiskekort kan kjøpes fra lokale butikker eller på internett. 50 kr / døgn, 125 kr/ uke, eller 250 kr / år per person. Fiskekort gjelder da fra Kilefjord til Valle med fiskestang. Der er også flere fjellvann man kan kjøpe fiskekort. en kan fylle opp drikkevann dunker hos lokal matbutikk i Ose og i Bygland eller rysstad cirkel. Kjøp gjerne noe eller betale noen kroner. Husk: Det er ikke lov å ha bål i skogområder 15.april- 15 september pga brannfare. -bekk ved hytten kan være tør i juli månende I tørre periode må alle vann hentes fra Otra.
