The beach which overlooks this service apartment is India’s officially only surfing beach. A surfing fest is held in the month of December every year. There is a parking lot right in front of the property. Other things to note There is no restaurant in the apartment. Quality home-cooked food can be delivered. Cooks can also be arranged on prior requests. This is a residential area and a locality that has many temples and mosques. No smoking inside the property and is strictly prohibited. No loud noise inside the property as it is a residential area. No drinking and loitering in an intoxicated condition alongside the beach. This punishable by the administration. No sitting or loitering along the beach past 9 p.m and may attract scrutiny by the administration. No use of contraband drugs or illicit items inside or outside the premises and is punishable under the Indian Penal Code. You have neighbours hence behave appropriately so that they do not complain. Please take care of your belongings and help our staff to keep the premises and property clean.
