FULLY FURNISHED second-floor studio apartment with dedicated HVAC on the East side. Conveniently located only 8-9 miles from medical centers, 12-15 minutes from downtown and the UGA. Completely private, separate keyless entrance, driveway parking. The space The apartment offers a queen sized bed, dining table and chairs, SMART HD TV, Bluetooth sound bar, work desk, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dry kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric tea kettle, single serve coffee maker, Ninja blender, Instant Pot, dishes, flatware, glasses and mugs. The convection oven has toast, broil, air fry and bake functions. A large pantry cabinet affords plenty of storage. The full bathroom has a shower (no tub) and large linen cabinet. In-unit compact LG washer and dryer, a retractable laundry line, and dish washing station are in the back room. The well-equipped fitness area has a TRX suspension trainer, yoga mat, Pilates circle, stability ball, BOSU and kettle bells. The dedicated HVAC can be self-adjusted to your comfort. An intimate outdoor seating area welcomes you on cool Summer nights and warm Winter evenings. A limited supply of coffee, tea and paper products are provided to get you started. Bed linens that are too large for laundry machines will be laundered by host; guest is responsible for laundering sheets; the space will be professionally cleaned every four weeks, unless otherwise agreed. Cleaning tools and products are available in the Treehouse for interim cleaning. Guests are responsible for emptying the trash; garbage bags are provided. Smoking tobacco or vaping nicotine is not allowed inside the apartment; it is permitted outside—please use provided ashtrays.
