Katana Villa with Waterslide and View !

Katana Villa is a unique artistic Villa with a calm healing energy. We have 3 separate bedroom bungalows with AC, full kitchen, open space living room, and a gym. All set around an exciting 2 level swimming pool with a water-slide & cave! The perfect Villa compound for a family or group of friends, especially if you like animals. ;-) The space What makes Katana Villa different from other Villas in the area is that it was designed and built as a private home without the intention to rent it out, therefore it is not cookie cutter and has the unique flair and personality of the owners. Each room is designed differently with personal items from around the world giving the Villa and grounds a very special energy -- perhaps partly because Roman stones were brought in from France and embedded them as part of the steps you walk on! We have THREE SEPARATE BEDROOM SUITES. Each has a king bed and one has 1 king and 1 queen bed. The rooms are positioned around a 2 level swimming pool. We also have A MAIN LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, GYM , and a HAND CARVED GAZEBO that can be used for massage or relaxation. NOTE: the living & dining room is open to the pool... so you can just dive right after a meal. Guest access UNDEVELOPED LAND You have about 2 acres of undeveloped land to explore. Ask the staff to show you the katana property so you can explore it if you want. DRAGON'S NEST We have another rental on the other side of the property. Please respect the privacy of the other guests and keep a distance if you explore the land. BOOK LIBRARY We have a book library for you to enjoy in the moon bungalow. If there is a book you would like to take with you or trade… please ask the owner Leslie since she is open to trade, but some books are sentimental so please do not take without asking her. THE VILLA IS YOURS! As our guests you will have access to the entire Villa, except for a few things listed below... PERSONAL ITEMS. (no access) Since this is a private home, personal items are everywhere for you to enjoy while you are there. We have a couple boxes in some of the closets with photos, linens, and personal things. We kindly ask that our guests do not remove anything from the rooms and please do not open these private boxes. STORAGE ROOM. (no access) We have a private area for storage under the moon Bungalow. We kindly ask that this area is avoided and please do not allow your children to go in there. Other things to note ANIMALS LIVING AT KATANA VILLA We have pets on the property!! Yes, a dream for animal lovers! All the mammals are up to date on rabies & vaccine. After your booking is made we will send you more details about the pets. WIFI We have speedy wifi throughout the villa. However, wifi is not always perfect in Bali - especially in Amed; so we cannot promise perfection throughout your stay. KATANA BREAKFAST You can chose one of 4 breakfast 🍉All come with a fruit platter or fruit juice. ☕️ Coffee is also there in the kitchen for you. 1. Omlette, toast, butter, homemade preserves 2. Two eggs any style, toast, butter, preserves 3. Pancake 4. Vegan *if you are Vegan, please tell us in advance. *if you want a double breakfast, (like mixing pancakes and eggs or adding more fruit), please give Wayan 40,000 for ingredients (2.50 USD) DRIVEWAY Our driveway is over 50 meters, and a little steep at one point. Many people enjoy walking up and down our driveway. (some jog it for exercise). However, if you are elderly or in poor condition you might want to hire a driver. IMPERFECTIONS If you want perfection, you better not come because you will not find perfection here! Katana villa is a private HOME (not a hotel) with a lot of character throughout. It is filled with beauty as well as imperfections that comes with use. It is our desire that you focus on the beauty and awesome feeling one gets while visiting our special home.
