Cozy house with heated and private pool

20 minutes from Tours in the heart of the Loire Valley, ideal for 4 people. Just minutes from the A10. The house is cozy and well equipped with a large living space on the ground floor overlooking a large terrace with swimming pool, you will also find a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in one, two single beds in the other), as well as a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Heated and secure pool The space The single beds in bedroom two can be transformed into a double bed, thanks to a mattress topper that will be added before your arrival. You will need to notify me at the time of booking. You have access to the terrace as well as the pool which are only for you. On the other hand, you can't go into the field across the street. Guest access Parking in the town hall square, or 2 parking spaces available (explained on the map in the house). Other things to note Housekeeping includes sheets, tea towels and bath towels, as well as 1.5 hours of cleaning for the exit. Additional time spent will be charged.
