At long last we look forward to welcoming you again to our home, Blue Heaven, in Point Roadknight, Anglesea. Our beautiful, spacious, quiet, light-filled, one bedroom apartment sits privately on the top floor of our home. Views out to the sea, a new deck, a fully equipped kitchen (with new dishwasher) and bbq, perfect for self-catering. A relaxing spot for a summer or winter weekend or more! Wishing you all good health. Take Care, The Moon family. The space The apartment is the entire top floor including balcony of a double-storey house. The bottom floor will be unoccupied during your stay. *Please note: this listing is for a maximum of 2 adult guests (infants under 2 are welcome and go free). If you are looking for an Air BnB property for 3 to a maximum of 7 guests, please see our other "Beach House" listing. It's the same property, but with access to the bottom floor bedrooms, bathroom, living, and laundry amenities.* Privately situated with undercover parking, free standing from any neighbours. A lovely space to unwind, relax, and escape for a short or long break. It features a fully appointed kitchen, all linen & towels are supplied. To get you started, we provide some essentials e.g. milk, tea, fresh coffee (and French press/plunger), etc. The apartment sits on the beachside of The Great Ocean Road, only 8-10 minutes walk from the beach. Perfect spot :) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire top floor of the house. - The bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobes, shelves, bedside tables, and lamps. There is also a remote-controlled ceiling fan with central light. - The bathroom (with shower, vanity, and separate toilet) is situated next to the bedroom. - Large open plan fully equipped kitchen (with new dishwasher), dining area, living room (with a flat-screen smart TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fans with remotes and gas heating). - A large balcony with BBQ, outdoor seating, and lighting Hosts do not live on-site or in Anglesea. We are contactable by phone and email for any concerns. A landline phone is provided for emergency / local calls. Please note this listing is for a maximum of 2 adult guests only. Infants under 2 are welcome and go free :) A safety stairgate is installed. However, no further adult guests or children are allowed. Please note no parties or events. Also, we do not have suitable fencing on our property and pets are not allowed in the house. Other things to note We have put together a folder of all our favourite locations and places to eat, coffee spots, beach info etc. After travelling frequently as guests on Air BnB, we realise how the little things can really make a big difference to your stay. Fast broadband WiFi is available in Blue Heaven. There's also free 'Great Ocean Road WiFi' at the Anglesea Information Center and in town.
