Located in rural Barnstead with over 140 acres and beautiful views, this private and quiet farm is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the NH countryside. The property and surrounding area offer great trails for hiking, xc skiing, snowshoeing, etc. This 1840's farm house is clean with many recent updates. All mattresses and bedding are new as of July 2018. The space The property is located on a rural dirt road with very lite traffic. Gunstock Ski Resort and Lake Winnipesaukee are less than 1/2 hour away. The house is equipped with a built-in charcoal grill, an outside gas grill and a portable fire pit. There are various lawn games including horseshoes, bocce, badminton and an assortment of board games. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and property.
