Modern city apartment with a balcony

One bedroom flat (45m2), fully furnished and equipped. A balcony and windows towards a quiet courtyard. Sauna & small gym in the building. 5-20 minute walk to all downtown attractions. One block from the Kamppi shopping center and the metro/bus station. Dedicated parking space with 11kW EV charger available for an extra fee. The space is located in a warm garage directly accessible by an elevator from the apartment. The space The building was originally built as a Hartwall Jaffa soda factory, and it has sustained part of its industrial, loft-style characteristic. The real estate was transformed into apartments in (phone number hidden) - both the apartment itself and all the furniture and amenities are as good as new. The apartment is very quiet, despite being right in the city center. There's a twin bed (140cm wide) in the bedroom which sleeps two adults. Sofa and air mattress provide extra bedding - however, for a really comfortable stay, I recommend maximum of two adults. Guest access All the equipment in the apartment can be used by the guests. In the building there's a laundry room, sauna and even a small gym! - Laundry: Reservations are to be made in the laundry room for free of charge. The laundry is available from 8am to 10pm daily - there's washing machine, drier and a special drying room. You can leave your laundry to dry overnight, as long as you pick it up right in the morning. - Ask about. the possibility to use the building sauna! The laundry, sauna, gym and a waste room are located in the basement - bring your key. Take the elevator to the -1 floor, walk through the corridor, across the parking garage towards outside, and go through the glass door behind the corner. The sauna changing rooms are on the right and the laundry is on the left, after the elevator. The gym and the waste room are located after the second glass doors, on the right-hand side. Other things to note Nearby breakfast options can be added to the accommodation fee for guests travelling for business - for example, premium breakfast nearby €15-21 and budget breakfast €5.50. There are basic instructions for the kitchen equipment - more detailed ones can be found in the blue Jaffa binder. The ventilation can be adjusted from the control next to the apartment door, however the air conditioner does not cool the air. You can adjust the heating separately from the three radiators; like elsewhere in Finland, it’s always warm inside.
