It's the ideal place for those who love the sea, tranquility, walks on the beach and want to visit the famous resorts and beaches of northern Sardinia and places of scenic and cultural interest. The space Interior: One bedroom with a double bed; one living room with kitchenette, a table with 4 chairs and a sigle sofa bed+ an extra single bed; one bathroom with access from the living room. Baby cot and high chair on demand, included in the price. Bed linen and towels included in the price. Induction hob, osmosis system for drinking water, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, electric oven and microwave oven, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Outside: Veranda with gorgeous sea view with table, sofas, chairs and/or armchairs. Small garden with junipers, deck chairs, barbecue, shower. We personally welcome guests upon arrival and deliver keys to the house and a card for access to the village. We are flexible on arrival and departure times when possible and by prior agreement. Other things to note The payment of the tourist tax of 1.5 Euro per person is required for guests aged 12 and over for stays up to 7 days, from the eighth day onwards the tax is no longer due. The beach in front of the house is usually sandy and clear but its peculiarity is that sometimes it can become very dark or even black depending on the storm surges. Sometimes the sea brings with it pebbles, reeds or algae that then maybe disappear the next day. We cannot predict or limit these phenomena. Nature must take its course. In the garden there are beautiful junipers that however release resin and could stain objects and clothing. From mid-July to the end of August evening entertainment in the resort includes baby dance, loud music, groups of people who stop to chat near the house etc. If you prefer absolute tranquillity in the evening hours, do not choose this period for your stay.
