A bright and quiet bedroom on the border to Rocklin and Roseville, great for remote work, near many fine restaurants and shopping centers. Kitchen privileges. Beautiful walking park within 1/2 mile. Thunder valley casino is 5 min away, 2 min away from the Galleria Mall and 3 min to I80 and I65. There are several golf courses in the area and plenty of activies including some ice skating at Roseville Skate Town, Great Hiking and Mtb trails. 1 1/2 hour to Lake Tahoe, 30 minutes to Sacramento. Your room is in a quiet neighborhood, great for remote working. You have access to the kitchen and cooking basics if ordering out is not your thing. There will be space in the cupboards and fridge reserved for your use. Coffee and Quick breakfast items are provided by host. My guest have access to all common areas: Living room, Dining area, Outside patio area and use of Kitchen. Cupboard space and fridge space is provided if needed. I am available in person and when I am not I will respond to your messages promptly. I generally interact with my guest on a pretty limited basis. I do enjoy engaging in interesting dialogue and do find that happens at times during morning coffee/ breakfast. My Neighborhood is quiet and children friendly. There is a great park with basketball court and play ground equipment just a few blocks away. Street parking is available, and I have space in my drive way as well. Please note this room is on the second floor of a two story house. Your room is private but you will be sharing a bathroom with another guest. You will need to be able to climb stairs. Also, I have a cat and she is sometimes in the home.
