Our newly built apartment for up to 4 people in 2021 is located on the southern slope in a very quiet location, 890 m (NN) above Schwarzenberg, with stunning views of the Bregenz Forest. Schwarzenberg is an ideal starting point, both for hiking or ski tours in the mountains, as well as for excursions to Lake Constance/Lindau or Switzerland. The Mellau / Damüls ski resort can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. The Diedamskopf ski resort in 25 minutes, Warth/Schröcken (Arlberg area) in 40 minutes. The space You will stay in an apartment in one of the most beautiful places in the Bregenz Forest. The modern furnished apartment with a separate entrance that is accessible without steps is suitable for allergy sufferers: In addition to a decentralized ventilation system, the master bedroom has metal-free beds made of Swiss pine wood, natural latex mattresses, organic bedding and mattress covers. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a sleeping area of 120 × 200 cm (bottom) and 100 × 200 cm (top). In the very well equipped kitchen you will find a 2-burner induction cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. In the garage, bicycles or skis and ski boots can be parked. Other things to note The guest tax is €2.40 per person/day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the guest tax. This fee is charged in addition to the cost of this listing and is paid directly to the tourist office. One card – many advantages!
