This is a brand new home with private guest room and private entrance. Located in West Knoxville a few minutes from downtown and UT campus. Close to greenways, shopping and restaurants. We are also 45 minutes to an hour to the Great Smoky Mountains. Lots of water activities in the area. A quiet getaway! The space The space has a microwave, small fridge and Keurig machine. It is stocked with coffees, tea, etc. There is sugars and creamers. Bottled water in fridge. It is stocked with paper towels, and paper plates, plastic ware and coffee cups of course. Bathroom amenities available, some stocked and a hairdryer. Also, we have a salon on premises with full service(except pedicures). By appointment only. Very reasonably priced. Guest access Porches and patio are accessible. There are two steps into the room. Other things to note If trash needs to be changed while you are here, text me and I will take it away. Leave bed unmade and used towels in shower floor when vacating premises. I have tried to think of everything, but please let me know if I can make your stay better. Parking: There are two spaces to the left at the top of the driveway. If more than one car... just let me know and we can make room.
