Mondeville: house with garden

House with 5 bedrooms with a terrace and a garden. Close to Caen and the sea (10 min drive to Caen city centre and 20 min drive to Merville Franceville and Ouistreham beaches). Ideal for a family, there is everything needed for children (there is a trampoline in the garden and many games in the rooms that can be used. The space our house is located in mondeville, 10 minutes from caen. there is 1 master suite on the 2nd floor, 3 children's bedrooms with a double bed in one, a mezzanine bed in the 2nd and a classic bed in the 3rd, on the 1st floor. there is also a landing room that serves as a playroom (baby football, consoles...). The ground floor consists of a living room with open kitchen and a desk with a sofa bed for 2 people. our little garden is enclosed, with a trampoline. There's also a cat that you'll have to take care of a little... Guest access you'll have access to the whole house. Other things to note beware of allergic people: we have a cat called pixel, it will need food and water. it sleeps outside in the evening...
