Charming studio in Old Town Nice 5min from the beach, sleeps 2-4 persons. 17m² with mezzanine with everything you need, ideal for a couple or a small group of friends. Close to Place Rossetti and in the middle of the animated and historic Old Town Nice. The space Double sofabed, flat screen TV, DVD, wi-fi internet. Closet. Equipped kitchen: fridge w/freezer, micro-wave/ grill oven, double electric cook top, washing/drying machine. Dining corner. Mezzanine with double bed. Shower room with toilet and wash basin. Suitable for a couple or friends who want to enjoy the most of what the summer city of Nice has to offer: beach, night life and shopping! Not suitable for children or elderly. No pets allowed. No air condition. No parking. Hallway under renovation (building is appx.300years old and needs some TLC), but no work is going on at the moment. The Old Town is only accessible by car for permanent residents, so you will have to park either in a parking house or outside the Old Town. I do not recommend having a car because of difficulties to park in Nice, and it's easy to use bus or train to get around.
