The house is located in a green, sunny location in an apartment building. The space Our spacious apartment offers a place of tranquility, as it is located in the green wedge of Bolzano, adjacent to the recreational zone of the Talfergrün and the bike path. The old town is easy to reach: - most comfortably on foot in about 15 - 20 minutes along the river bank of the Talferpromenade - by bus in 7 minutes - by car in 5 minutes From the train station we are 25-30 minutes by walk. Guest access The apartment consists of several rooms. The room for rent is about 22 m², with a front veranda (about 6 m²). As a sleeping accommodation, a double bed on pellets and/or two single mattresses are available as needed. The guest room has a bathroom with shower. The shared spaces include the kitchen and the adjoining balcony. Free parking is about a 5-minute walk away. L'appartamento consists of several rooms. We ask guests to pay the applicable amounts (overnight stays * persons * €2.40) in cash upon arrival. We transfer the amounts to the municipality of Bolzano at the end of the month.
