It can accommodate up to 6 guests, but it is most comfortable for 2 adults and 1–2 small children. -If you need an additional room, a 28.3㎡ unit (Room 301) is also available in the same building. House Rules -The room is no shoes and no smoking. -For safety and hygiene reasons, no condiments or food items are provided. -In accordance with Minato City regulations, the full name, address, occupation, and length of stay of all guests must be submitted. After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete designated form. If we cannot confirm your submission, entry to the unit will be refused. -Security cameras are installed in the common areas of the building. 3. Check-in / Check-out -Check-out time is 10:00 AM. -If there is no incoming reservation on the same day, a late check-out until 11:00 AM is possible for an extra fee of 2,000 JPY. Please contact us by 12:00 noon the day before if you wish to extend. -After check-out, you may temporarily place your luggage in the hallway of the building. However, please note that we cannot take responsibility for theft, loss, or accidents, so be mindful with valuables. 4. Cleaning, Waste, and Linen -Linen and consumables are not replenished during your stay. If needed, you may request room cleaning service (12,000 JPY). -For long stays, if you need to dispose of garbage before check-out, please separate it according to local rules and use the building’s waste disposal area. Alternatively, this can also be handled through room cleaning service (12,000 JPY). 5. For Guests with Children -A playard is available: Without bassinet → For infants 0–24 months / up to 10kg. With bassinet → For infants 0–6 months / up to 8kg. Please discontinue use once your child starts crawling or standing up. A playard is provided, but we do not supply child-specific sheets, pillows, or blankets. Please use the spare adult sheets, bath towels, or blankets as substitutes. 6. Building Environment -During humid seasons, odors may accumulate in the common corridors (especially near the elevator). The unit itself is fully equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable stay. -In summer, insects may appear. They can enter when doors or windows are opened. In the unit, insect repellents such as Earth-brand electric mats are provided for your use. -While we pay close attention to cleaning, guests with severe allergies to mold, dust, or insects are kindly advised not to book this property.
