Built by award winning architect Jonathan Segal, FAIA, my place is modern, simple and cozy. It is within walking distance to Petco Park, Gaslamp, and Convention Center. There are nearby restaurants, shops and nightclubs. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Note: No parking space is provided. The space Perfect for your San Diego getaway, this cozy space is a relaxing to come home to after a day of exploration. Modern, 2 story furnished one bedroom, one bath. No shared walls with a great view of the city from the balcony. The living room includes a couch and a chair that folds out into a single bed. Bedroom includes a queen size bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress, new flooring, air conditioner. Kitchen includes refrigerator, coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, stackable washer and dryer. Our professional cleaning crew go above and beyond Airbnb’s recommendations for cleaning. Guest comfort is our priority. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment and balcony. No Parking available. Before you arrive, you will receive a door entry code. This code will only be active during the duration of your stay. Other things to note A few helpful details to review before you book: - This is a smoke and vape free property - All noise must be respectful of neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced. You will be given two sets of keys if needed. 3. Is there a Laundromat nearby? - There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. It is located in the kitchen so it will save you the trip to the laundromat. 4. Are there any additional fees? *Cleaning fee: $120 *Key Fee (if lost): $50 5. Can I cook and use the kitchen? - Yes! There are pots, pans and utensils available to use so no need to buy anything except for groceries if you choose to stay in and cook. 6. Do you have Wi-Fi? -There is FREE Wi-Fi in the apartment! The name and password is located on the fridge along with the house rules. 7. Is parking included? -Unfortunately we don't have a parking spot.
