Grab your favorite drink and take advantage of the sitting area right outside your back door and enjoy the views. During the day take a dip in the pool, throw a line of dock, or take the quick 5 minute trip and hit the beach. Extra fun: rent a golf cart to cruise the island and check out some great local restaurants! The space The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom features two twins. There is one assigned parking space. Additional vehicles may use unmarked spaces or park on the street. All boat trailers would need to be parked on the street or local trailer rental locations, like Marker 37. There are boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis. The canal is in a GREAT location to cruise your boat! Other things to note Welcome to Padre Island in beautiful Corpus Christi! This condo is located on the widest part of the canal, giving you absolutely AMAZING sunset views and the perfect setting for boating and fishing.
