Fine old building room in the city center

We rent a small but nice room in our apartment. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Leipzig. The city center, train station and all other districts are easily and quickly accessible on foot or by train. The space The location of the apartment is unique. Every square, park and city are easy and quick to reach. In addition, the apartment is a small old building gem. We look forward to seeing you soon. Guest access We have a cozy kitchen, internet, bathtub and attention: a cat, who is very trusting and sweet. So, if you have a cat hair allergy, you should not stay with us! & in the kitchen you can smoke with the window open. During your stay A trusting relationship with each other is very important to us. We are happy to discuss any special features with you. We attach great importance to good communication and reliability. Other things to note We live in an old building. Accordingly, the apartment does not look like newly renovated. Nevertheless, we are very interested in ensuring that it is clean and tidy for us and the guest. In the apartment we live with Finow and Tuna (cats), who are very nice and sociable.
