Beautiful Enchanted Cottage in beautiful lake Sherwood

the Enchanted Cottage is located in one of the most high end and talked about communities in Ventura/LA area. It is centrally located between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles and only about 6-10 miles from world famous beaches. There are fine dining and shopping about 5-15 minutes away in Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks and Calabasas. From the great guard gated, safe and friendly community to the beautiful hills, oak trees, lake, hiking and world class golf course, this community has it all! Our house is situated in a small cul-de-sac across from Marion Park. The property is about 1/2 acre with a big front yard. The front patio with the view of the lake is surrounded by beautiful oak trees and provides for outdoor sitting/dining. The Lake is about 3 minute walking and offers swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. The house itself is known as the Enchanted Cottage since the classic romantic movie "The Enchanted Cottage" was filmed here back in 1945. It is romantic and charming house with lots of character. It’s is absolutely one of a kind! ONCE YOU EXPERIENCE THE STAY HERE, YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE!
