Lovely 3 bedroom cottage with garden room annexe on the outskirts of Sedbergh at the foot of The Howgills , an easy 15 minutes walk to town centre and easy access to the Lakes and the Dales. Set in a peaceful crescent with private gardens with off road private parking for 3 cars. The garden room has an extra double sofa bed available on request which enables the cottage to sleep up to 8 persons at an extra charge. The space Simple , 3/4 double bedroomed cottage with newly refurbished garden annexe with extra sofa bed /sitting room and steam shower / utility room. Lovely private outside gardens and patio areas to front and rear. Fabulous Dales walks and local amenities to enjoy from the doorstep. TV and WiFi for guests use (Freeview but please remember your own Netflix/Disney/amazon etc log ins) Guest access There is a newly fully refurbished Annexe with washroom/laundry in the out building (The Garden Room) that Guests have access and use of. There is a second toilet and whbasin here and a steam shower cubicle. There is also available on request at an extra charge an additional sofa bed for extra guests. This provides a quiet seating area in the day and can be used as an additional bedroom at night. There is also a garage which is used for storage and has a dartboard and table football table for rainy days! Other things to note The cottage has 3 double bedrooms, a 4th bedroom in the annexe with a double sofa bed is available on request at an additional cost of £30/ night . Will guests please note that there are 3 small shallow ponds in the back garden that are unprotected. Care should be taken with small children and pets. Please keep clean from pet fouling.
