This apartment is located near popular sand beach Bacvice. Apartment have air conditioning , underfloor heating if you prefer visit us in winter day's and wi-fi. Apartment have one room with bathroom and double bed, second room with double bad, living room and kitchen with full equipment and other bathroom. It's perfect for 4 people but have sofa bed 150x200 for two more people. 200 meters from apartmant is also several beautiful beaches with caffe bars and restaurants. The space Apartment Iris have separate entrance in private house. Apartment have air conditioning and wi-fi. First bedroom have size bed 160x200, smart TV and bathroom with walk in shower while second bedroom have bed size 150x200. Living room has a sofa bed 150x220, android TV 55 inch with HD channels, netflix.... Kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. All this rooms have access to big garden. Modern bathroom have walk in shower, laundry machine, hairdryer and hair straightener. Apartment have wi-fi, computer with big 34" wide monitor and air conditioned. Guests have everything they need, it's very clean and have free parking places all over the apartment. We are located just 5 minutes walk to the famous sand beaches Bacvice and Firule with the best nightlife, lots of caffe bar's and restaurants, kids playground and open cinema. We have big supermarket, pharmacy, drug store, hospital, gas station, exchange office, bank, shops, laundry, dry cleaner, hairdresser, bakery, news stand, taxi and bus station, gym, tennis and basketball courts, football terrain, swimming pool and yacht marine. It is a residential, safe area. Taxi and bus station is just 50m away and it takes just 2 bus stops to downtown if you prefer not to walk. The main bus and train station, as well as the port with everyday links to nearby islands are 15 min walking distance. Split airport is 23 km away or 30 min drive with regular traffic.
