Ewen's House, Staffin, is a cosy detached cottage on the Trotternish Peninsula with panoramic views to Trotternish ridge and easy access to Staffin Bay where you can sometimes find dinosaur footprints and fossils and the local shops are only a few minutes away. With a twin and a double bedroom, a family bathroom, lounge and kitchen/dining. One well behaved dog is welcome to stay. Please let us know when booking. There is a pet fee of £50 per pet payable two weeks before arrival through Airbnb. The space As you enter Ewen's House, there is a small entrance vestibule ideal for hanging up your coats. The cosy lounge has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, a TV, DVD player and CD player / radio. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with a washing machine / dryer, electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer department, microwave and a dining table and four chairs. There are two bedrooms; one double and one twin. The family bathroom comprises of a WC, wash hand basin and bath with an electric shower over. There is private parking to the side of the property. Important Information: Families are welcome at this property. Cot and high chair available: Please bring your own linen for the cot. Linen, towels, electricity and the final clean are included in the rental. Additional charges will only occur for breakages or any additional cleaning. It would be appreciated if the cottage was left in the same order as you found it. Many thanks! Whilst we hope that none of our guests experience issues during their stay, we do need to point out that due to the cottage's location on the Isle of Skye, some services can be tempermental and can take a lengthy delay to get resolvedcan be very slow . Mobile phone signal is very patchy on the Isle of Skye. Also, to replace any broken appliances, it can take weeks for a delivery to happen. We will at all times try our hardest to rectify any issues but please bear with us as there can be issues due to location that are outwith our control.
